Short Printable Extruder Holder for Brutstruder on MakerBot

My reason for doing this was that my Makergear hot end mounted on the Brutstruder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4036 no longer reached my build platform after I installed twotimes' z-rider http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4740 and x-y lowrider http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4213.
