Shower door pivot / hinge replacement

This is the bottom pivot for a quite heavy shower glass door. As you can see on the second picture the original plastic part broke.

It took me a couple of hours to make an OpenSCAD model for a replacement part and about 40min for the replicator 2 to print it. I have used 30% infill to make the part strong.

It fits perfectly and the door works very well. We will see how long the PLA part can last. If it breaks there are several ways to make the design stronger.
