Openscad hexbright handlebar mount snap

An openscad implementation of lpercifield's hexbright handlebar mount. I made the upper edges a little beefier because the original cracked when I inserted the flashlight. Should be easily customizable for handlebar diameters other than 32mm. Increase the "fudj"parameter by 0.1mm to make a looser fit. Decrease "fudj" for a tighter fit.
